- You can choose the charity you want to support
- Collect4All offers 4 different types of collections, choose the most convenient
- You are in charge of the collection process!
Why is Collect4All better for the environment?
The old way vs the new way of clothes collections

Four types of collection
Many people choose to give away their unwanted items and support others in need. To make it easier for you, we offer several different types of collections to suit your individual preferences.
Clothes & shoes
We collect straight from your door. In the past, a plastic charity bag came through your letter box with the collection day marked on it. With Collect4All, simply put your pre-loved items in a bag (or box) and we will come to pick them up. We take clothes, shoes and bric-a-brac. You choose the charity when you book.
How it works
You can still donate in two ways.
The old way:
- A plastic charity bag comes through your door
- Fill it with your unwanted items
- Leave it out on the day marked on the bag, and it is collected
The greener way:
- Go to collect4all.co.uk
- Fill in some simple details
- Choose the charity you want to support
- We contact you as soon as possible to agree a collection day that suits you
- We come to collect your items

School collection
Usually, parents are asked to contribute financially when it comes around to a school event or purchases of necessary equipment. Not all families have an opportunity to support their children’s school financially. However we have a solution! Giving away unwanted clothes can provide direct financial support for your local school.
How it works
It is as simple as it sounds:
- Bag up your unwanted items
- Request a collection on collect4all.co.uk, choosing the ‘School collection’ type
- We will do the rest!
The more we collect from your area, the more schools in your postcode could benefit. For example, 1 bag of donated clothes can support a school with up to £3 (depending on quality and bag weight). Importantly, the money raised from a school collection goes to the school.
House clearance
Whether you’re moving house or have a property that needs emptying, from a tenancy change or a recent bereavement, our team can support you with the removal of any pre-loved items. Additionally, our clearance service ensures all collected items will be recycled in an environmentally friendly way.
We are based in North Shields and are currently offering this service to properties within a 30-mile radius. To check that we cover your area, enter your postcode on Collect4All.
How it works
- Enter your postcode to confirm if we’re able to offer house clearances in your area.
- In the ‘Anything we should know?’ box, tell us what needs clearing. This helps us work out an affordable quote. You may be eligible for free home collection!
- One of our team members will get in touch with you to discuss details
- The clearance will be arranged at a date and time that suits you.
We will call you as soon as possible after your request. It can take up to 48 hours. If you need an answer sooner or want to speak with us, call us on 0330 380 1125.
Eligibility for free home clearance
The price we quote depends on the amount and quality of the items you would like to donate. If all items are in a good condition and can be reused, you may be eligible for free collection. Contact us to find out more.
