Privacy policy

This page explains what happens to the details you send us through this website.

What we collect

The contact form asks for your first name, last name, email address and message. The recycling bin request form asks for your first name, last name, organisation, email address and message. We do not use analytics or advertising tracking. Charity pages show a Google map, and our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam. These services may set their own cookies.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry. Each submission is sent by email to our office and stored securely so that we can follow it up. We do not share it with anyone else and we do not use it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for our own records.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@ecstextiles.co.uk or to ECS Textiles Limited, Block 6, Gloucester Road, North Shields, NE29 8RQ.
